Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, model, type, basic parameters and working conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of non-carbonated beverage metal cylinder filling and sealing machines. This document applies to equipment that uses metal cylinders as packaging containers to automatically complete the processes of metering, filling, and sealing of non-gas beverages (hereinafter referred to as "filling and sealing machines").

Detailed explanation of key technical indicators

The standard stipulates that filling accuracy is divided into two measurement methods: weight and volume: When the net content is 100-200g/mL, the allowable deviation is ±2.25%, and the accuracy in the range of 300-400g/mL is increased to ±1.5%. The material loss rate must be controlled at ≤0.4%, and the can loss and cover loss rates should be ≤0.1%.


Safety protection system

Taking the special-shaped can filling machine as an example, triple protection must be configured: 1) Emergency stop button response time <0.5s; 2) Moving parts protective cover gap <6mm; 3) IP65 electrical protection. Typical fault handling cases show that the crimping defect rate is reduced by 82% after the torque sensor is installed.


Implementation suggestions

  1. When accepting new equipment, the qualified rate of packaging should be tested for 8 consecutive hours (≥99.5%)
  2. Inspect the wear of the hemming roller every month (recommended threshold value <0.1mm)
  3. The CIP cleaning cycle should not exceed 72 hours
