Scope

This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO7393/1-1985 "Determination of Free Chlorine and Total Chlorine in Water Quality Part 1: N, N-Diethyl-1,4-Phenylenediamine Titration Method". This standard is applicable to the determination of 0.0004～0.07mmol/L (0.03～5mg/L) free chlorine or total chlorine (calculated as Cl2). When the sample concentration is high, it needs to be diluted.
